Can I make changes (model, color)?
Although we do not exchange one item for another, you can request a return and make a new purchase.
We will refund you as soon as the items have been received at the warehouse within 3-4 business days.
Products subject to change must be received in perfect condition, with original packaging and labels and without obvious signs of use, otherwise no change can be made. We recommend that you do not use makeup before trying on the items.
How can I return an item?
To return an item(s) for a refund, simply send it to the following address along with the form included in your shipment with your order number and a reason why the item(s) is being returned.

Do I have to pay to return my items?
Items purchased from thermikaheadwear.com must be returned at the customer's expense within 14 days of receipt of shipment for a refund.
How long do I have to return an item?
All returns must be made within 14 days from the date the order was received.
How and when will I receive my refund?
A refund will be issued to the original form of payment within 2-3 business days of receipt of the return. Please note that we are unable to refund the original shipping charge with the exception of defective or incorrectly shipped items.
In which cases can I return an item?
